In episode 96, we had the opportunity to sit down with Bre Blair, founder of the brand “Never Surrender”. Bre has played basketball on the highest levels including division 1 and professionally. In this conversation, she shares her journey and all the obstacles she faced to get to this point. Additionally, she explains the moments where her mental toughest was tested far more than her physical. She recently started her “Mental Champion” series on Youtube, where she shares her week and gives advice to stay mental tough.
