Millie started noticing symptoms of trauma when she was 13 years old. It became worst across her teenage years where she struggled with self-harm and having suicidal tendencies. In 2018, she was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, with that, she took the courage to cross the bridge of realization and awareness and started her journey to healing.
