Inge Los, creator of “Bring Your Own Cake” and winner of the Dutch Hat Association Competition, began millinery in 2015, discovering artistry, calm, and patience. Mentored by Marga van der Bos, she found joy in the craft. After personal trauma in 2020, millinery became a vital source of comfort and self-expression. Her whimsical, “Mad Hatter’s Wonderland”-inspired hat featured a perfectly engineered golden sieve. Winning reignited her motivation, shifting her from collecting materials to completing bold new projects. Alongside her creative work, Inge launched a career in IT, balancing digital and couture worlds while embracing fresh inspiration and flawless craftsmanship.
