Wayne is the founder of Vertex Innovations, Finalze, and a partner of the charitable We4Smith organization. His background is in creating, building, and realizing.

From machine shop and fabrication to residential and commercial construction to starting and running an award-winning telecom project management company, he has established himself as a forward-thinking, problem-solving entrepreneur.

Wayne's construction expertise and passion for learning have enabled him to place modern-day construction practices on a continuous climb toward higher standards via people, processes, and tools.

Over the past 20 years, Wayne has helped to build our country's telecom infrastructure- the very foundation upon which much of our 21st Century lives rest. Recently, he founded a software company that will develop applications to connect managers to field employees, vendors to customers, and everyone in between. The first software app is currently beginning the Beta phase.
