This was a livestream video published on LinkedIn in which I speak about how money is being flushed down the ****** because early stage startups are focusing on the wrong things at the start.
This was a livestream video that I did on LinkedIn talking about the sensitive topic of failure. In particular well-funded early stage companies.
This is the audio of a Livestream video published Live on LinkedIn. In this I talk about what's important about your sales presentation and why everyone should probably be taking another look at theirs. The emphasis should not be on your product in such a deck.
In this session we chatted about content, roadmaps, failure and more. These chats are informal but provide insights into how clients think about their endeavors.
After many months focused on product development, we return with this fireside chat with my client Luke... some real talk speaking about a range of topics from content, to roadmaps, failure, overspending on software, knowing your audience as the key to product market fit. Hang in there as Luke calls out to his grandma a few times.. Should have edited that out but we left it in for fun.

In this short introduction, I provide some background for the new R3 7-Figure Checklist which consists of 22 critical business requirements in order to build a 7-figure business meaning one that can grow to $1M-$10M annual recurring revenue. This can be downloaded at r3framework.com/checklist-lp
The reason this is so important is because it represents 22 essential ingredients that are derived from all the work we have done on the R3 Framework. Miss too many of these and the business is unbalanced and will have difficulties. Each of the 22 requirements is cross-referenced to the corresponding R3 Framework programs and modules.
In this way, the checklist is a rapid diagnostic tool that can be, and should be used, regularly to see how far you've come and expose any key vulnerabilities that may impede your journey. The best part is that it takes just 11 minutes to run through the checklist and score yourself... so let's get going :)
In this short catch up I've summarised some of the key things that are coming up with the R3 Framework over the coming months and what we've been working on. In particular, now with the framework completed and sufficient clients achieving success, we're turning our attention to sharing how it works and establishing a series of options for clients to take advantage of these methods and practices. Launch and scale online using a framework based approach and avoid the majority of reasons for failure.
This is the audio from a Facebook Live which I shared to the R3 Facebook group to mark the fact new members are joining regularly and the community is around 500 people.
In this short episode I cover our focus on helping members build a million-dollar sales process and how the R3 Framework can help.
I also cover ways to engage to help members and the importance of surveys to learn what sort of challenges members are dealing with.
If you are building a digital service we'd love to learn something about your goals and challenges. The survey link can be found below.
