This podcast looks at the intersection of doing away with the rule of law and not prosecuting "low level" crimes. We explore the impact of the millions of dollars that are generated when innocent teens are exploited through commercial sex in the Inland Empire and the proceeds are laundered to Mexico. We talk about the new industry where gangs and cartels use indentured migrants to shop lift and commit home burglaries and the money is used to grow the influence of gangs and cartels both in the US and internationally. We explore labor trafficking where hundreds of Laotians ( Hmong) are used to harvest illegal marijuana grown in California communities and many are living in deplorable conditions and being physically exploited.
