A recent research survey from Statista indicates that 77 percent
of teen respondents aged 19 years and older have sent a sext or nude images in
the US and 88 percent have received a text. Compare this with a survey in
2018 published in JAMA Pediatrics that indicated 15 % of teens say they send
sexts and 27% receive them. Equally concerning is a headline from Thorn
that indicated that the number of pre-teens sharing nudes on line doubled in
