As an entrepreneur/business owner I have experienced a lot of hate and down talk which I allowed to slow down my development process. By this I mean that I stopped allowing my thoughts to grow and develop and in exchange I began to have a fixed idea about people and how I viewed the world, in a way I began to become like those people that I disliked. Guess what? It only hurt me more than it hurt others when I started speaking bad about others to bring them down. Like the saying goes, "hurt people hurt people". We have to learn to forgive ourself for our past mistakes as well as the mistakes of others so we can begin to have a growth mindset. Feel free to share this podcast with your friend, co-worker and spouse if you feel it can benefit someone else as much as it has benefited you and helped add more value to your life.
