So today’s episode is allll about making money. Not just any money, either...we’re talking F YOU money.

But let me ask you something...what came up for you when I told you today’s topic?

Because if you’d said the same thing to me 3 years ago, I would’ve hit ya with that mental eyeroll. Back then, I thought making money was hard and there was just never enough of it — because that’s all I’d experienced.

Wanna know why that was my only experience? Because that’s what I believed.

When the conversation around systemic racism came to the forefront in 2020 a lot of entrepreneurs started scrambling trying to figure out how to navigate this new level of awareness...myself included. 

I remember having my eyes opened in a whole new way and realizing how blind I had been to just how prevalent systemic racism had been (hell, still IS) in our society. And during that time I also found myself feeling nervous to speak up because I didn’t want to “get it wrong”.

I know, there are a lot of big, sexy claims, promises and “secrets” around creating success swirling around in cyberland. However most of them tend to gravitate towards the DO’ing piece of being an entrepreneur. So what are some of the tried and *true* secrets of success that million dollar entrepreneurs swear by?

“You have a choice in what you do AND don’t do. Often people pleasers will feel like they have to say yes when someone asks for help, otherwise they will be considered rude or selfish or mean if they say no. However, that is simply a belief YOU are choosing to stick with. It’s NOT the truth.”
