Last month Milton residents voted against the state’s MBTA zoning plan that was introduced to combat the state’s housing crisis by requiring communities served by the T to zone for multifamily housing. MA AG Andrea Campbell sued Milton for failing to comply. Now Milton is firing back, filing a response to the lawsuit, questioning the validity of the MBTA housing law.
