022: Mimi Blankenship on Pursuing the Dream One Day and One Relationship at a Time

In this episode, Mimi shares about her experience with The Juice Plus+ Company. Mimi is a lawyer by trade, having practiced for 13 years after law school. She currently serves on the board of the Pure Hope Foundation and she ran for the 2020 Woman of the Year in Austin, TX in support of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Mimi is married to Matt and they reside in Austin. They have four grown children and love to travel. Mimi’s greatest passion is serving others. She says that her inspiration is others’ desperation; she has always looked for opportunities to help those most in need.
