In this episode I’m sitting down with Paul Baron who is a long-time entrepreneur with many successful ventures under his belt. What really surprised me about Paul is that bottom line, he is an expert at finding unicorns. I call him a gem magnet because he always finds a way to be in the right place at the right time. He has seen much success by being able to identify the value in a company and bringing it to new markets. He’s demonstrating that there is no age limit on creativity and entrepreneurship.
He’s breaking down how to be a great leader, what you need to be a successful entrepreneur, how to identify unicorns in business, and so much more. I loved his advice on leading with joy, surrounding yourself with good people, and how you will always find success when you’re in the mindset of helping others. Today, I have an incredible episode for you guys. I’m sitting down with Phoebe Pierpoint who is what I’m calling a business doctor. She helps founders and business owners diagnose issues in their companies, by first understanding their physical symptoms (aka operational areas of opportunity) and then also their “lifestyles,” (aka mindset of the founder, what traumas are holding them back etc.) so they can move past it and flourish. Pheobe approaches business from mindset first and strategy second, which is so fascinating to me. But also wildly fascinating is her journey getting to where she is today.
And what’s more, Pheobe is blessing your feeds with tips on going from the founder to CEO mindset, how to use failure as data, and how to overcome your emotional barriers.
This episode is fantastic for all my girls out there who think that your emotions are your enemy. If you’re experiencing plateau or downturn in your business, Pheobe shows you how to look inward, address the root of your issues, and then build strategies around that to thrive. We also chat about our own personal experience trusting our intuition, and rebalancing our feminine and masculine energy, so this is an episode you do NOT want to miss.
