Enthusiasm is a choice, yet the decision to be enthusiastic can be difficult to make. The feelings of being fake and hard are just that- feelings. It is the intention you have and what you actually do that matter. Also a trick to hardboot enthusiasm when dullness strikes!

We all need a cheerleader on our team. Somebody who will build us up and believe that no matter what happens, we are going to win at life. I want to say those words for you! And while I'm pumping myself up, I'll push you even higher:)

Self esteem is a balance. You don't want to be proud and you don't want to talk yourself down. Being confident is a skill- it takes practice.

We know where we are. We know where we are going. The question is, do we know how to get there?
