Enthusiasm is a choice, yet the decision to be enthusiastic can be difficult to make. The feelings of being fake and hard are just that- feelings. It is the intention you have and what you actually do that matter. Also a trick to hardboot enthusiasm when dullness strikes!

We all need a cheerleader on our team. Somebody who will build us up and believe that no matter what happens, we are going to win at life. I want to say those words for you! And while I'm pumping myself up, I'll push you even higher:)

"Don't measure yourself with someone else's ruler." Amen and let us all be humble!

Self esteem is a balance. You don't want to be proud and you don't want to talk yourself down. Being confident is a skill- it takes practice.

We know where we are. We know where we are going. The question is, do we know how to get there?

: great energy or enthusiasm in pursuit of a cause or an objective.

A reminder that no matter how small you feel or how hopeless reaching your dreams seems at the moment, you are talented and valuable. What you can contribute is unlike any one else, so believe in your capabilities and be proud of what you can do!
