On the Mind Body Connection, I bring you insights into the way I work with mind body issues, including my unique experiences and ideas about my emotions, doubt and power columns. Today, I focus on the action steps that stem from each of the columns and how their purpose helps to develop action steps.
Most notably, I highlight the fact that action steps are not exclusively behavioral, but, in fact, tend to be actions of taking on or developing a new mindset. We go through the purposes of each column and I give some examples of action steps we can use for each of them.
This video also has some good examples, either from myself or from people with whom I have worked, to illustrate what these action steps might look like in real life application. Even though this is just the tip of the iceberg, the good news is that this begins to answer the most important question on everyone’s minds: HOW do I get better?
Stay tuned for even more specific information on each column and the action steps within them. Since my book is not yet out, if you would like to get a head start on learning about my work, you can contact me at [email protected], and, for a relatively small fee, you can get the PDFs that sum up a lot of my ideas and action steps. I look forward to helping you all get better soon!
