Over the last 5 years, she has worked with many clients who have chronic illness, chronic pain, or PTSD. Eva uses a variety of modalities to help bring more calm and balance into her clients’ lives. She is well-versed in Trauma Informed care and believes kindness, compassion and nonjudgement are vital in our self talk and how we interact with others. .
