In this episode of Bridge The Gap We will have a conversation with Erica Dees concerning our perspectives of the book:  "Caste The Origins of Our Contents" by Isabel Wilkerson.  Bridge The Gap loves to have conversations with people who are working to expand their thinking about societal issues by improving their mind, body, spirit, and soul.  Erica is an avid reader and traveler.  As well, she has lived and worked among several cultures globally. We will discuss our perspectives of the caste system within the USA as Black Americans and Jamaica Americans. The discussion takes us into how the caste system in the USA operates to divide and conquer.
