Stef welcomes her good friend, Tammy Newman to the pod!  Tammy is successfully balancing career & motherhood. She created 24 Seven, an award-winning staffing and recruiting firm  and currently serves as the Executive Vice President.  Stef and Tammy discuss the importance of  making an effort to maintain friendships, how important honest conversations are and that sometimes "No" is the greatest gift you can give your child.  They discuss late in life parenting, dealing with hormone imbalance and being an advocate for yourself when it comes to health.  Tammy shares her tips for keeping it all together which includes a written "mind dump" before bed.  This is a great conversation between two great friends!
