"You're not coders. You don't build tech. So... how are you able to pitch stories about our company and our product?" I'm paraphrasing, but that's a pretty common question from our tech PR clients.   

Lucky for us, you don't actually have to know how complex tech works on the inside to be able to explain what it does, who it's for and why it matters. But first, you have to ask the right questions.   It's a good thing that Mind Meld PR pro's used to be reporters, because those interviewing skills come in really handy.
