Fear of the unknown

In many cases is it’s fear of the unknown future 

The Bible says: 

Philippians 4:6-7 NLT

In order to eradicate anxiety you must say goodbye to fear. You have to face your fears. 

The moment you stop being scared of how you will perform on a test is when the testing anxiety go away

The moment you stop over analyzing everything the fear of not know what’s gonna happen next goes away

The moment you stop letting the emotional scars of your past relationships scare you away from the good relationship you are in is when the trust and commitment issues go away
