Cheers to another year! In this episode I open up about a recent event in my life that shifted my mindset walking into 2024. We are going to be forced to make unbelievably difficult decisions. My best advice choose the best possibly option for yourself. Choose the option that will put you in the right direction, meet the right people, have the right opportunities, and I promise you're going to thrive! If you feel discouraged remember to take it one day at a time. Consistency is key when accomplishing any goal in life. Remember January 1st is just one day out of the ENTIRE year. There is 365 days in a year you can start your goal at any point and at any day of the year. Whether thats Day 1 on January 1st or Day 222 August 10. It doesn't matter as long as you remember to keep going. I hope this episode can give you the burst of encouragement needed + remember to be proud of yourself! I recently went through a huge friendship break up that I’ve been learning to heal from.
