Hey everyone, welcome back to the long-awaited fourth episode of the Mind Out Loud podcast.
Major apologies for the one month break with posting. School exams and assignments had kicked in for the end of the year and there was little time to spare. Though on the bright side, now that holidays have begun, episodes should be posted frequently!
In today's episode, Marisa and Adelie are joined by yet another guest, Dean, a fellow schoolmate and friend. 15-year-old Dean enjoys his time playing sports and video games and spending quality time with his family and friends.
Having more than 15 years of experience with friendships and friendships groups, Dean has his fair share of experience and knowledge to share on the topic. We hope you stick around for the episode and hear what Dean has to say about friend groups!
Thanks for sticking with the three of us (Abby, Adelie and Marisa), and stay tuned for our future episodes!
And remember, join the crew and the conversation at Mind Out Loud :)

Hello everyone, welcome back to the Mind Out Loud podcast!
In today's episode, we had our very first guest, Kobi! Kobi is a young, 16-year-old student and fellow peer to the three of us. At school, Kobi is known to be very outspoken and confident in his speech and himself, which we thought was a great asset to have on our podcast to help spread the word of toxic masculinity.
Kobi did a great job speaking about the topic of toxic masculinity and we hope you enjoy what he has to say.
Thank you everyone for tuning in to the podcast, stay tuned for our future episodes.

We hope to educate those willing to learn, have a voice for those who are too afraid to speak up and create a source of comfort for teens.
We really enjoyed filming this first episode and we hope that you guys will enjoy listening to it!
