When you think of “journaling,” you might say i'am not a good writer, or it is not just for me which could be true.
Maybe the word ‘’ journaling “has connotation that it’s for young people or for women, it’s not true Journaling is for anyone who can write! It is a form of self-expression and a form of self-care.
If the traditional pen-and-paper method gets your ideas flowing, then use it. Otherwise you can have with using a note-taking app!
Journaling has proven benefits for your mental health and it is FREE so this weekend i am inviting you to join me to practice journaling as a form of Self-Care
There different types of journaling, so choose a journaling method that works for YOU , and it might be better to combine it with other healthy practices .
