Thank you all so so much for your support so far. You are letting me live my dream and I am forever grateful to every single one of you.

Just a few years ago, Sarah found herself in a very tough situation. she was battling post natal depression which was affecting her whole life and left her in a very dark place. After bravely reaching out for help she decided that rather than go down the medication route, she would work on herself and her mindset to turn things around instead. That's where she found her passion for coaching and helping others - especially women - to step into their power and change their lives!

Strap yourself in for a bumper episode where we cover everything from how to lose the self doubt that's holding you back, how to cope with a shitty boss, how to become a great leader and how to start loving yourself and owning your power!

Sarah also shares some amazing exercises that you can try out yourself - it's basically a free coaching session!!

This week I chat with Nadine Is'haq, the owner of Edinburgh based family photography studio, Tamara Studios!

Nadine tells us all about how she found her passion for photography through a fun photo shoot at college, and how she worked her way through various photography roles where she picked up the expertise and confidence to go it alone!

We chat everything from taking a leap of faith on a three year lease with a newborn baby, building a business from the ground up and learning as you go, juggling a business through tough life stuff and how being present for her daughter Tamara - who inspired the studio name - is the driving force behind everything she does.

Check out Nadine on all of her social media pages for some of her awesome work!

This week I chat with the lovely Sarah Connelley about her recent business reinvention!

After 9 years of running her successful Edinburgh based lingerie boutique, Odyssey, Sarah reached a point of burnout. Instead of giving up her passion all together, she reinvented and relaunched her business under a new personal brand, Sarah C Lingerie Fitting & Styling. This has allowed her to break free from the restrictions of a bricks & mortar store and instead show more of her personality and tailor her services more specifically to each of her clients.

We chat everything from the traumatic bra fitting experience that has shaped the way Sarah treats clients, the universe throwing things at you exactly when you need them & being resilient in the face of adversity.

Just two lassies, on lock down, chatting about the world going to shit.

To be honest, I have no idea what this episode is. Me and Heather just wanted to have an unfiltered, unedited chat about all of the chaos going on in the world and how it is affecting small businesses. We also answer some of your burning pandemic questions and chat about our Pay It Forward scheme that we would LOVE you to support!!

Gold Medal to anyone who makes it through the full two hours!

We will be back to business as usual with more inspirational business stories next Thursday.

If you are struggling with lock down, worried about your business or if you just want to have a rant, head over to Instagram and drop me a message - let's beat the boredom together!!

Stay safe and be kind xx

Erica and the Eteaket team are on a mission to encourage us to slow down and live life on purpose!

In 2008, Erica was working in the high flying world of litigation law but she found herself feeling unfulfilled and longing for more!

She took the huge step of quitting her job, chucking on her backpack and travelling the world in search of loose leaf tea, before eventually moving her life up to Edinburgh to open a tea room (all in the midst of the 2008 financial crash, no big deal!!)

Eteaket has now grown and includes a thriving wholesale and online branch, as well as a concept store based on Rose Street where you can drop in and learn about all things tea related!
