There is no way to escape conversation about the upcoming election. With all of the discussion about Decision 2020, there has also been some confusion about the physical process of casting a ballot and how that will look in North Carolina, and specifically Watauga County.

Our guest this week is Matthew Snyder, Director of Elections for the Watauga County Board of Elections, and he breaks down the facts about the voting process for the 2020 general election. He will discuss procedures for mail-in and absentee balloting, along with dates, times, and locations for early voting. We will also discuss changes to election day polling places and how curbside voting will be implemented throughout the voting calendar.
