Partnerships are deeply embedded in Boone's DNA. For generations, we've seen neighbors help neighbors and businesses help businesses.
Dr. Brett Taubman, Director of Fermentation Sciences at Appalachian State, and Andy Mason, co-owner of Lost Province Brewing Company, have worked on a number of partnerships over the years. They were part of a group that helped spark High Country Beer Fest, held annually at the end of August in the Boone area.
This week's episode focuses on two partners coming together to pay a special tribute to one of High Country Beer Fest's most impactful organizers, and how that partnership may help establish more diversity within the brewing, winery, and fermentation business communities.
Mind Your Business is produced each week thanks to a partnership between High Country Radio and Appalachian Commercial Real Estate.
