We all carry stories about who we are, what we’re capable of, and what we believe to be true about ourselves. But where did those stories come from, and do they still belong to us?
In this episode of Mindful In-Between, we create space to notice the narratives that have quietly shaped us, without judgment and without needing to rewrite them just yet.
Sometimes awareness is where the shift begins.
Imagining Your Birth | Hypnobirthing Series Part 4
In this fourth part of our hypnobirthing series, we turn inward and use visualization to gently imagine the experience of birth.
Through guided imagery, you’ll create space to picture yourself moving through labor with calm, trust, and presence, connecting with your body, your breath, and the moment you finally meet your baby.
This practice isn’t about creating the “perfect” birth or knowing exactly how your story will unfold. It’s about allowing your mind and body to become familiar with feelings of safety, confidence, and trust as you prepare for whatever your birth may bring.
Find somewhere comfortable, settle in, and allow yourself to imagine.
Episode 11 | Let This Be Enough: A Guided Yoga Nidra
You don’t have to fix anything. You don’t have to figure anything out. For these next few moments, you’re simply invited to rest.
In this guided Yoga Nidra practice, we’ll move through gentle body awareness, breath, and the quiet spaces in between, allowing the nervous system to soften and the mind to settle.
There is nowhere else you need to be.
Nothing else you need to become.
For right now, let this be enough.
In Part 3 of our five-part hypnobirthing series, we explore the breath as an anchor through the waves of labor.
This guided practice invites you to soften rather than brace, using intentional breathing to move with each sensation as it rises, peaks, and passes.
You don’t have to know exactly how birth will unfold. You only have to meet the wave you’re in.
Sometimes the next chapter can’t arrive until we’re willing to make space for it.
In this episode, we’ll slow down, release what we no longer need to carry, and create room for whatever is waiting on the other side of letting go.
A reminder that making space doesn’t always mean knowing what comes next. Sometimes, it simply means trusting that there’s something new to meet you there.
In episode two of this five-part hypnobirthing series, we explore what it means to soften into trust—not by eliminating fear or uncertainty, but by learning to meet them differently.
Through breath, body awareness, and gentle guided relaxation, we’ll practice noticing where the body braces, releasing unnecessary tension, and creating more space for softness, strength, and trust.
You don’t have to know exactly what’s coming. You only have to meet the moment in front of you—one breath, one wave, one step at a time.
Sometimes letting go isn’t about giving up—it’s about making space for what’s meant to come next.
In this episode, we’ll gently explore what it means to release what we’ve been holding onto, trust the process, and allow ourselves to move forward without needing to know exactly where we’re going.
Welcome to the first episode of this 5-part hypnobirthing mini series—a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and begin building trust in yourself and the birthing process.
In this first experience, we’ll begin by coming home to the body and creating a sense of safety, connection, and calm. Through guided relaxation and meditation, you’ll be invited to release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with the innate wisdom your body already carries.
You don’t have to know exactly how birth will unfold. You can simply begin by learning to listen, trust, and breathe.
This mini series is designed to be revisited throughout pregnancy, so take what you need from each episode and return whenever you feel called.
Sometimes we don’t need to know exactly where we’re going. We just need to trust ourselves enough to take the next step.
In this episode of Mindful In-Between, settle into a guided meditation created to help you release the need to have everything figured out, quiet the noise, and reconnect with the trust that already lives within you.
You don’t need the whole path. Just the next step.
Sometimes we spend so much time moving outward—caring for others, meeting expectations, adapting to change, and becoming who we think we need to be—that we lose touch with ourselves.
In this episode of Mindful In-Between, we explore what it means to return to yourself and reconnect with your authentic self. Not the version shaped by expectations, roles, or the opinions of others, but the part of you that exists underneath it all.
Returning to yourself isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you were before you started trying to be everything for everyone else.
Through reflection, breath, and mindful presence, take a moment to soften, listen inward, and reconnect with what feels true to you.
You don't have to have it all figured out. You simply have to begin coming home to yourself.
