Hénia is a French-Algerian educator, theater director, and grassroots organizer. She has worked with youth, and young girls* in particular, for about 20 years, Hénia loves to spend time in nature, get lost in books, dance, cook, and live her best life as an auntie. In our conversation, she offered up some amazing wisdom as well as advice for young girls* navigating toxic media culture.
