Mindful Minutes is intended to be an outlet for me and others to share experiences that I have had and they have had in our lives and general topics I would like to bring up. These could include different issues, such as personal experiences, lessons we have learned, and things we have overcome or need to overcome. I want this to be a safe space for freedom of expression, for anyone to be able to speak on their journey.
