Join us for this mindful moment, where we explore play and having fun with your horse. We chat about learning what you & your horse find fun, and starting to recognise those moments that could be more playful, light and joyful. Play happens when you feel safe in your relationship and nervous system, and is a way of learning, growing, and connecting. We also talk about how play is a feeling rather than a specific action, and how it's important to honour your horse in what kind of play they enjoy, and how you can bring more play into your everyday life too!
