Shiloh is a child and family therapist in private practice in Mesa, Arizona.  He is also a real estate investor with around 85 units consisting of a 12 unit commercial building, a 20 unit mobile home park, and over 50 single-family homes that are primarily being sold to the tenants on lease options.  Shiloh is a busy guy but he has a small team that works together at acquiring, rehabbing, leasing, and managing his portfolio making it possible for him to continue to provide excellent therapy services and still spend time with his beautiful wife and 5 children.
