Meghan's goal is to make improvements within her circle of influence. To be the best mom, wife, friend, and human she can be. Meghan enjoys working with pregnant moms because that's the best way to help our precious next-generation babies!

Meghan has helped mothers overcome debilitating trauma, She helped men overcome severe depression, and she helped her children come into the world safely and without stress or pain! 

Fun fact about Meghan?  She started training at age 25 and within a few years became an amateur Muay Thai champion in the state of NY.
