For us to reduce the frequency of the anxiety attacks we experience, we need to cultivate a general sense of calm and easeness within ourselves. How we can do this is by training ourselves - training our minds - to deliberately focus our awareness to the present moment. (To get out of our heads and into our immediate raw reality) This is by practicing mindfulness.
