In this episode, I chat to the wonderful Rachael Kable. Rachael is an author, mindfulness teacher and host of The Mindful Kind podcast. After experiencing stress and anxiety as a teenager, Rachael went to University to study psychology. She learned about mental health, social wellbeing and emotional wellness, all of which she now incorporates into her work to share with other people. She is especially passionate about mindfulness, self-care, meditation and stress management.
