Short, easy-to-read, and packed with useful tips and info
A very interesting book, Mindfulness for beginners was a great read! The author does a great job with this one, itâs beautifully written. Loaded with useful information on how to free yourself from lifeâs stresses and learn to control your mind a little more. This book teaches exactly how to be mindful, how to use mindfulness techniques to quiet your mind and how to practice mindfulness every. Thank you very much!
Short helpful book
this is a short book, just 46 pages. It is easy to read and easy to digest most of the information. Some things needed more detail to be fully understood, like brain wave entrainment. While there is nothing here particularly groundbreaking or orginal, there are plenty of simple to follow pieces of advice in this book that make it a valuable read.

Excellent beginning for mindfulness. This is a very helpful book if you're struggling through a hard time. It definitely helped me to ground myself in the midst of the chaos I was going through. I will live by these practices for the rest of my life.
