Motivation comes and goes - sometimes it's hard to find!  For me, staying focused and motivated can be a task.  At times, I feel like things are a "task" and I just need to check them off the list. But, did I really put forth quality effort? Is it done just for the sake of being done? Ugh!  

Today I talk about 3 ways I help stay motivated.  No matter if it's trying to read a book, working out, or losing weight - motivation is something we need to keep.
