ACTION STEP: Work on one thing that makes you feel better that will move the needle 1%. It can be as simple as showering, making the bed, or going to bed at a reasonable hour. Remember to give yourself grace. Reminder - It is a comma, not a period. A bad season does not mean a bad life. We have so much more to live and so much more to give!
