This week we talk about my fitness activities for the week and if I’m on track with my goals or not. I’m 6’3” and weight between 212-214. Goals right now is to lose about 10lbs and get off some of this covid fat. Developing a fitness mindset: It’s a lifestyle not a diet. It is an eating plan for life. Stop the fad diets. Simplified nutrition plan. Don’t compare yourself to other people. You are unique and unlike anyone else. What works for me may not work for you.
