Ex K1 Fighter Rob Hayward talks about some of his early life lessons from his youth, setting up a business, his fighting career and what inspires him as man.  

Rob like many other on our podcasts wear's a number of different hats from father, husband, head gym coach, football coach and father to two kids. We had a a really relaxed and nice conversation with an insight to what Rob has learnt throughout his life.   

Really admired how Rob feels about his family and how he holds onto to the lessons he has learnt throughout his life.

Reon tells us his journey from growing up around crime to then being caught up in some trouble himself facing numerous jail sentences. Reon decided to dig deep and change his mindset to use his mind to empower him to focus, commit and work hard to focus on his passion....K1!  Reon is currently ranked number 5 in UK K1 ranking. Holds 2 champion K1 titles. Not only is Reon a great fighter but a father of two children, engaged and a business owner. He goes on to explain how his family and environment inspires and motivates him.
