There are times we willfully damage ourselves because we think it is easier and safer for us to stay within our comfort zones rather than to be vulnerable and go against resistance. Self-sabotage prevents you from realizing your true potential and living the life you deserve. However, you do not have to remain in this state. You are more than where you are or what you think. You always have the choice to consciously reinvent yourself to be better. It is time to break free from the bondage of self-destruction.
