  • Episode #79 60 Seconds Of Courage And Guts
Please remember THIS as you are practicing being courageous this week. “Anything you want to say to someone is for the most part perfectly acceptable, just say it kindly, and say it without emotion.” Give someone a call this week you haven’t called in a long time. Give a compliment to someone you don’t feel like complimenting. Start a hobby you’ve been meaning to start for years. Go back to the basics. It’s never too late to be the person you ought to have been. All it takes is one minute a day of pure unadulterated guts and courage!

  • Episode #78 The Great Ones Ask Questions
Be authentic. The best advice I ever received when I was in school was from Dr Keith Henschen and Dr Nicole Detling. The emphasized over and over that you have to be the best you possible. Don’t try to be someone you aren’t. Start now and start small. You will find your voice and you will find your best you.
