On the 45th episode of Mindset Matters, I was joined by Bri Olson of eXp Real Estate in Denver, Colorado. On todays episode of Mindset Matters, I had the privilege of sitting down with Rod & Sarah Gallegos of Keller Williams in the Highlands. Sarah has long been a lightening rod (no pun intended) in the Denver real estate market, and several years ago and in the midst of an unhappy career, the happy couple decided that Rod would enter the real estate ring... and the two haven't looked back.

This week I was honored to sit down with Derek Schulze of Symbio Denver, one of Denver's most creative, interesting, influential and successful personalities in the city. We hear a lot about how someone's journey takes them off the beaten path or how they have gone on extraordinary explorations... yet in Derek's case this is not an exaggeration of any sort.

In Derek's case, the beaten path started on farmland in Indiana, sent him to Chicago for college and eventually saw him live for 2 years as an actual monk... yes, a monk. 

To try and briefly describe the journey we are about to go on would be a waste in futility,  so instead I will simply tell you that Derek's story and his opinions of this existence are among some of my favorites shared on this podcast to date, and I was so very grateful he would share them with us.

On this weeks episode of Mindset Matters, I sat down with my friend Lina Krylov, a women who has been near the top of the real estate industry in the Denver area for the better part of 20 years, and whose story becomes entertaining and incredible basically at birth.

Born in Latvia, she began playing chess professionally and checkma5ting adults at an age when most of us where hanging out in preschool. Upon immigrating to the U.S. with her parents and brother, she learned about her new world in the heart of New York and life on Long Island, and eventually moved to Denver and began growing nothing short of an empire.

Along the way there have been triumphs and defeats that may have crushed some, but not this one.

Oh, and we share the same birthday... April 27th, so you know she's good people!
