I'm joined by Dean Hewitt professional Curler currently in the VIS and working on making it into the 2022 Winter Olympic team.
Dean gives us an idea of what Curling is all about, some history of the game and also gives us a run down of the mental preparation he takes to perform at his absolute best.
I learnt so much about Curling and the strong mental game needed in the sport to compete at the top level.

YIPS: A state of nervous tension affecting an athlete. I dive deep into the mysterious anxiety condition of what’s called the YIPS. I myself went through it and want to explore my personal experience with it. I will also go into how professional athletes have gone through this condition and how it was dealt with in the past, present and future at all levels.
