I have a great chat with Rendog one of my good friends and catcher at college. We go over what he witnessed when I was going through the yips, his struggles with the yips after college and our views/ideas on how we can help people coming through the ranks who may go through this one day.
I speak to America's Got Talent star Alan Jones Silva on his journey to success and his amazing AGT performances.
We go into all aspects of his life and career including how he prepares mentally for his dangerous performances and how he made it back after a nasty and almost paralyzing fall.
Alan has had many challenges along the way, one of the challenges he has faced is his size (3'10) and people making fun of him, we discuss how Alan was able to overcome these challenges and rise to be a great success and role model.
Travis Harrison joins me to discuss the yips and his experiences with mental preparation

Stuart Walter, is a Professional Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner who has a passion for working with elite athletes, ambitious entrepreneurs and individuals to help them recognise their potential of achieving amazing results.
Stu helped me back in 2012 when I returned from college not being able to even warm up on the baseball field. After Stu helped me I was able to throw on the full, get back on the mound and in the outfield.
If you need to improve your mental game in sport or in another aspect of life I would recommend getting in touch with Stu and giving his programs a go, it may just be the difference needed for you to go to that next level.
Mention you heard of him from the podcast, he would be thrilled to hear!

Saniya gives us some tips on relaxation during this tough time.
I chat to Evan Spargo, Mindset transformation coach. Evan tells us his story on how he got started as a transformation coach, what a transformation coach does, how he is and has helped people and gives us some tips on improving our mental state. It was a very intriguing chat and I learnt a lot from Evan.
Evan Spargo
“My purpose is to shine light on the power that lies within others and inspire a transformation into the best version of ourselves. I will share everything in my heart, listen and understand the people I am with to connect on a deeper and more meaningful level. I will strive to continually grow myself, live in integrity and trust myself to contribute to a more peaceful and empowered society.”
This lead to my profession now as a Transformative Life Coach.

Pauline Mckinnon from SMT joins me for a chat on stillness meditation. I have personally taken part in her classes and got a lot out of them.
Over eight years she was battling the crippling symptoms of anxiety, Pauline McKinnon searched endlessly for answers and in formation to no avail, leaving her feeling more alone and helpless. As a result, following her recovery, in 1983 she wrote her own story “In Stillness Conquer Fear” aiming to help and inform others in similar situations. Soon after the publication of her book, at the invitation of Dr Meares, she established the Stillness Meditation Centre and began to teach SMT to the public.
If you are interested in taking part in these classes and trying it yourself i encourage you to get in touch with Pauline. You can reach Pauline the following ways below.
