Charlie Horses. Muscle weakness. Crawling out the restroom. 

My legs got worse QUICK. The trick to dealing with it I'd keeping my head up, remembering that I have a plan. I'm on 50oz of water, 30min of feet up, 15min of laying on stomach.

So, homies, Kings, Queens, Tribespeople, it took me a minute to recover from today's neurologist visit. My botox was pushed back 60 days because Blue Cross Blue Shield hasn't given prior authorization. That hurt, like physically hurt as if I was slapped.

The uppercut was news she wanted me to start Valium plus get back on Tizanidine. I thought I was doing better. In my eyes, if I quit meds and don't get worse, I'M doing something right. I hate how the pills make me feel.

I gotta piss or get off the pot. Either follow medical advice or NOT but I must make a decision.

Kendrick's Wheelchair Story - I tell my current experience, HORRIBLE experience with a Durable Medical Equipment, DME provider. The provider brought me a Group 2 wheelchair but I NEEDED and was PRESCRIBED a Group 3, leg braces, seat raises and lowers, special cushion for pressure sores, body braces. The Group 2 wheelchair had NONE of those but I felt pressured to sign for it because owners split the deposit and forced uncomfortable conversations.

This ends part ONE of two! Episode 2 is released Wednesday, May 15th!

It's been a tough day mentally. The negative thoughts have been pounding on my perspective, storming against my resiliency, threatening with emotional outbursts.

I've survived on the hope of making dales, Chillhop 24hr videos and a ridiculously strenuous day of shitty vision. I squint so hard that I get headaches strong enough to earn priority of thoughts.

I found a question on Wisdom deserving of my attention and worthy of restroom break.
