I heard it a zillion times, I can`t do this, this is too hard, I`ve got ADHD. So, take it from me, I am an ADHD person who has an ADHD child and works with neurodiverse folk.

ADHD is an explanation, not an excuse! Yes, it is more challenging, the impostor syndrome does not make it easy for us. We either procrastinate or hyper-focus but there are solutions we can apply to make it more manageable.
