Today I am talking about the thinking strategy that I use to manufacture meaning. How I am able to use my physical sensations, before I even realize it or outside the awareness of the visual eye, to create an emotion that I use to calibrate and measure what I have just experienced.
It is this emotion that I have manufactured, based on the physical experience, that I use to give meaning to my life experience. It is this meaning that I then use to create the state of mind from which I make sense of my life experience.
Today I realize that I am creating the emotion. Did you get that? Read that again.
This means that I can now identify where and how I have been using limiting beliefs to create a state of being that has held me back from living my best life.
