Home Partners of America's Business Development Manager and podcast host Safiyah Basir provides pro tips twice a month for agents and residents. This episode goes over the Applications process and how to be most successful.  

  1. Include all applicants on the application at time of submission
  2. Do not email the same request multiple times. Please allow us time to review and respond to your request. Multiple emails for the same issue actually further delay our responses.
  3. All income documents need to be uploaded directly to the applicant portal. No documents will be accepted via email.
  4. Applications works 7 days a week to ensure timely application decisions.
