  • Why I Quit My 9-5 Job - Learning How To Hustle

We put so much pressure on each other — and especially on ourselves — to slip into this perfect professional life, and we never stop to consider if it’s actually what we want.

What I’ve learned from sharing my story is that it can invite others to share their story. It can also inspire someone to take action.

Send me your thoughts.. feel free to ask questions!

  • The Pros and Cons of Full-time RVing

Full time is NOT for everyone and while there are pros and cons, I think the pros outweighed the cons. There is Facebook groups, podcasts, bloggers etcetera who only share positive and cool updates from their full-time RV-lives.
But is fulltime RVing for everyone? No! And not all RVs are up to full timing.

Hear my perspective on some of the benefits and challenges of full-time RV living in this episode.

    Let's start with the pros:
NO HOUSE PAYMENT! Less cleaning, more me-time dog-time party-time reading-time more time outside and meeting new people and debt free.
Wherever you go, you will have all your stuff with you. No more forgetting your toothbrush or sweatshirt.

    Cons:
Laundry, where to empty the toilet and gray tank, you’ll be putting far more mental time into adapting to new situations than you’re used to, and less time just living and no long warm showers.
One thing beginners forget is that when vehicles move, things eventually break. Campground wifi is horrible most of the time but I don’t park there because it's always too expensive but anyways.
Camper walls are thin and diesel trucks are loud so is going to keep you awake in the beginning.
Resource management, If you are the type of person that loves to soak in the tub, you are going to be out of luck when you live in an RV full time because all you will have is a shower.

Living in a RV as a minimalist means .. less reliance on stuff and You learn to live with less stuff. You have no choice. You could park it by the side of the road or at a beach or on a mountaintop at night and sleep for free, The views, sunsets, wildlife, are completely awesome. You get to travel and explore Europe and the world! your grabbing life by the balls

  • Why I Decided to Full-Time RV

Im escaping my 9 to 5 as a radio host at the Swedish Radio after 8 years and following my passion instead!

From today on, my job is to create podcasts for myself and people I believe in.
That's why I am launching this podcast about simple living in a RV.

    So whats my story?
I was born in Sweden into a Kurdish Armenian family that only wanted the best for me, so they gave me the basics of life and society – so that I could fit in.
After a decade in the rat race, I realized that we put so much pressure on each other and especially on ourselves. We do this so that we can slip into this perfect professional life and we never stop to consider if it’s actually what we want.
I loved my job as a radio and TV host.
    My job defined me.
    I was my job.
But then again, my personality made me a perfect match for my job in the entertainment indrustry. I chose my work — it didn’t choose me.
    And then everything changed.

I sold and donated all my possessions almost 2 years ago.
I bought an RV and I have lived in it with my dog for 20 months.
    Why?
Because I want to be true to myself and that starts with knowing who I am are and accepting myself, knowing my true passions, my strengths but also limitations.
What I want to say on my death bed is that I lived my life to the fullest an I did everything I ever wanted to – I traveled and made friends. I stood up' against what I felt was wrong. I fought for human rights in Kurdistan, I helped animals by promoting veganism, I did not discriminate people or animals and did not consume or hurt animals.
I want to say ”You my friend, damn it you had the courage to live a life true to yourself.. Let’s die!”.

    ■ Why ’Minimalism On Wheels’?
I want to create a podcast audience about how I have reduced my bills, I am going to do some Q&A:s, I want to talk about veganism, minimalism and of course the thing that makes this podcast so special: The RV-life.
Because living in an RV can be a dream come true if you're prepared for the change, but it can easily become an utter nightmare if you aren't ready for it.
