We discuss a unique feature of the Fast Day, 10th of Tevet, and how it allows fasting at the beginning of Shabbat, we derive from Yosef the devastating effect of loneliness, fear, and anxiety and how that undermines our grasp on reality, and we trace the two strategies Yosef uses to heal himself from trauma - letting go and re-framing - and how we can practically put those lessons to work for us now.
