In this week’s minisode we discuss how to allow things to BE as they are.

If you are going through a difficult time remember to:

  • Give your attention to what is, instead of being in your head about how it “should OR could be”

  • Give everyone, including yourself, the space to BE without judgment or attempting to fix it  (HARDEST one for me)

  • Slow down in the moment to observe your own thoughts & feelings and notice your needs that need to be met and allow others to support you

  •  Mental Fitness Collective for leaders and entrepreneurs in the Youngstown area
